The court schedule generally provides for the following in each division: Felony jury trial week Civil jury trial/bench trial week Hearings of traffic court, misdemeanors, juvenile court, felony motions, child support cases, drug court matters, civil motions, civil pre-trials, felony pre-trials, family matters and arraignments. ALL TRIALS: Agreed scheduling orders may be rejected if the initial trial setting is not within 12 months of the original filing date for Level 1 cases, 18 months of the original filing date for Level 2 cases, or 24 months of the original filing date for Level 3 cases
